Old Mouse Genome Data
The data that used to be accesible on our website is now hosted by other organizations.
You can access the mouse genetic map information on MIT markers (and corresponding primer sequences) from the Jackson Laboratory website by clicking on "Mouse Genome Informatics".
Also mouse microsatellite and additional resources can be accessed through the Center for Inherited Disease Research (CIDR). Please note that CIDR marker data are derived from the Jackson laboratory database.
In addition Invitrogen has compiled a large list of labeled and unlabelled MIT markers and they have a down loadable and searchable database. Follow this link, then under "products" on the scroll down menu, select "Genome Analysis" then "click on "Genetic Mapping and Genotyping".
